Hi there 😃! I’m Florence, a Product Manager and Web Designer with a knack for building meaningful digital experiences that make everyday life easier.

I currently work as a Founding PM at Good, where I helped ship Good Online — a curated platform showcasing exceptional products from exceptional creators. I’ve had the privilege of working across industries like e-commerce, fintech, health tech, retail tech, and software agencies, bringing a well-rounded perspective to every product I touch.

My journey into tech started as a developer in 2020, and since then, I’ve grown into product leadership roles while still flexing my dev and design muscles from time to time.

Outside of work:

• I manage Product Buddies, a 1,000+ member community of entry-level and mid-level PMs.

• I offer free 1:1 sessions to help aspiring PMs break into the field.

• I speak at tech events, both online and in-person, sharing insights and giving back to the community.

• I write about product management, often sharing frameworks, resources, and tips that have helped me along the way.

When I’m not shipping products or mentoring, I love exploring no-code tools, experimenting with AI-powered builds, and dabbling in side projects all part of what I call “vibe coding.”
